2. After completion confirmation of the price settlement procedure, it is delivered in about 10 days or 2 weeks.

11.About returns

1. Digital Contents
   On the characteristics of the product, cancel, return and exchange cannot be accepted at all.
2. Printed photobook
   Because of orders for production,
   Cancellation / return / refund is impossible in principle.
   If delivered photobook was different from your order or it was incorrect pagination, we will accept your replacement.
   In the case of replacement, please contact us from the inquiry by filled on the following contents(1-5) within seven days after goods arrival.
