Notice of termination of login function using Twitter/Facebook　account

Thank you for using Mags Inc.

We regret to inform you that Mags Inc. will no longer be providing new account registration and login function using Twitter/Facebook account.

■Registering and logging in to a new account using Twitter account

It will be stopped on May 1st, 2023.

■Registering and logging in to a new account using Facebook account

We no longer provide above services from the following app version.

Android：ver4.6.16～

iOS：ver3.6.14～

■For those already logged in using Twitter/Facebook account

Please be assured that you can continue to use the app as is.

However, the next time you uninstall & reinstall the app or change your device, you will no longer be able to log in using a Twitter/Facebook account.

We recommend that you write down your Mags Inc. "Retrieval Code" information for the next time you transfer your account information.

You can check your "Retrieval Code" from TOP > Upper left menu > My page

■Transferring account information

If you are using a Twitter/Facebook account to log in and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app or changed your device, please check the following.

1. First, please register a new account using your e-mail address.

2. Please send us an inquiry from TOP > Upper left menu > Contact, making sure to include the following information.

We will process the transfer.

　　

・E-mail address of your newly-registered account 　
・Twitter/Facebook account information you have been using

　

Please note that we will not be able to transfer your account information if you don't know your Twitter/Facebook account information you have been using.

　

You will need your "account ID" or "Retrieval Code when you logged in to Mags Inc. using Twitter/Facebook account"
